Threadix Tangless Thread Insert -Metric

Tangless thread insert, also referred to as tailless thread insert, is a high-end type of threaded fastener derived from standard wire thread inserts.Made of high-strength, anti-corrosion stainless steel wire, it features a diamond spring profile. Once fitted into the workpiece thread hole, it forms a standard internal thread, notably enhancing joint strength and wear resistance. It is ideal for aluminum, magnesium, castings, plastics and other low-strength substrates.

The tangless thread insert is equipped with hook-shaped notches at both ends. It can be installed with special tools with no directional requirement, so there is no need to distinguish the mounting direction. Compared with standard wire thread inserts, it greatly improves installation efficiency.
